Today the Orange County District Attorney’s workplace billed 5 participants of UC Irvine’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) society in link to the alcohol-poisoning fatality previously this year of trainee Noah Domingo, 18, that was additionally a participant of the frat.
