Previously this month U.S. Magistrate Judge Sallie Kim intimidated Education Secretary Betsy DeVos with prison for her division’s utter ridicule of a judicial order calling on it to quit accumulating pupil financial obligation from stopped working, deceptive, Santa Ana-based Corinthian College, the court has so much just fined DeVos $100,000.
