Josh Hart, Moe Wagner, Svi Mykhailiuk pace Lakers in California Classic summer league opener

Hart and Wagner score 23 points apiece and Mykhailiuk adds 15, but the Lakers open the four-team, four-day event with a 98-93 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Monday night.
